- NFL Player, NCAA Track & Field National Champion and All American, and Football Coach at Capital University.
- Graduated from Shaker High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Throughout high school, he played football, basketball and participated in track and field. In football, he was All-Conference for four years and All-State his junior and senior year. In basketball, he was All-Conference for two years. In track and field, he was All-Conference and All-State for four years.
- Attended Ohio Wesleyan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education. During his collegiate career, he continued to excel in three sports, football, basketball and track & field.
- In track & field, Keith was a 7-time All-American and a 4-time National Champion in the shot put and discus. This accomplishment earned him a spot in the NCAA Track & Field Hall of Fame.
- After college, he went on to play for 7 years in the National Football League (NFL), playing for the Phoenix Cardinals, Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins and Kansas City Chiefs.
- Rucker is the founder and President of Reach 4 The Sky Foundation, a non-profit foundation that provides opportunities for school-aged children to build character through sport. In 2003, Rucker was inducted into the Ohio Wesleyan Athletic Hall of Fame. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Ohio Wesleyan and a master’s degree in athletic administration from Endicott College.
